Porsche Bethesda - Service & Repair Facility

Excellent customer service from Phil Lozano. Phil is courteous, clear with expectations regarding the repairs, kind, patient and professional. The team didn’t clean the inside of the car and Phil ensured I received a cleaning detail service far exceeding what I expected after sharing my concerns and disappointment. The Porsche team recognizes the value of customer care and service and went the extra mile! In addition, the accommodations to work onsite are great and not disruptive to the workday. Phil ensured I had a space to work comfortably while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Thanks to the Porsche team and to Phil for always making me feel cared for and appreciated as a customer/client!!

I don’t normally leave reviews, and I think like most people, I’ve dealt with countless auto repair shops for my cars, BUT Porsche Bethesda is THE BEST service hands down! They are so excellent that I will not consider buying a car from any other dealership. While most dealerships upcharge and rip you off, their customer service is bar none. I took my car in for a minor repair, and they got me in same day. They did a thorough investigation, and when they needed to keep the car, provided a loaner at no charge. After only three days in the shop, they washed and detailed the interior, and did not even charge me for the repair! They have a customer for life!!

Best Porsche dealership in the tri-state area. Always delivers warm and professional service along with extreme care and attention to detail. It's never stressful handing over the keys to this team. Keep up the great work.

It has always been a pleasure to have my SUV serviced at Porsche of Bethesda. Phil is and the rest of the service department are STELLAR! I am well informed at all times, they are very knowledgeable, and I love receiving an email/text and video from the technician that services my vehicle. Staff is friendly, and the location is clean including the bathroom and both waiting areas. The snacks are very much appreciated for the mornings I had to miss breakfast. Porsche of Bethesda, is my go to location.

Phil in Service is a pleasure to work with! He made me feel very comfortable, was very welcoming, and answered all my questions during my first-time visit to Porsche Bethesda. I look forward to coming back soon!
